How do I pick the right length and texture?
Each product page lists the length in inches and shows the texture up close. If you’re between two lengths or unsure which texture matches your own, message us before you order and we’ll help you choose.
Do you ship outside of Tortola?
Yes — every order ships from Tortola and we deliver across the BVI and internationally. Shipping times and rates are shown at checkout once you add your address.
Can I mix textures or lengths in one order?
Absolutely. Add as many bundles, closures and frontals as you like to your cart — they’ll ship together.
What’s your return and exchange policy?
Unworn hair in its original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Reach out to our team and we’ll walk you through it.
How do I make my bundles last?
Wash sparingly with sulfate-free products, detangle from the ends up, and store on a stand or in a satin bag when not in use. With proper care, our hair is reusable for a year or more.
